ResponseTap exhibiting at Europe Customer Festival 2014
On Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th September ResponseTap will be attending the Europe Customer Festival in London, this conference aims to bring all aspects of the customer journey together; from customer loyalty, big data analytics and customer engagement to customer experience.

On Tuesday 9th join one of our many roundtables and workshop sessions:
- Andy Crellin, Head of Insights will be running 2 roundtables from 11.50 to help you improve your customer conversion rates using the phone call, Table 9, Clint Eastwood Room. Followed by a workshop later in the day at 16.15 in the Henry Fonda Room where you will be able to work alongside likeminded people to discuss how collecting and integrating voice data can create a seamless and targeted customer journey
- At 13.10 in the main seminar theatre Chestertons and Yucca will be telling their story of how ResponseTap helped them to increase their monthly conversion volume by 90%. Showing how by using ResponseTap alongside with developing a new website has generated 22% more calls in August than it did in May, with site conversion rates up by 117% overall.
- Our Global Head of Tech Alliances, Stephen Russell, will be holding a roundtable seminar at 15.45 in the Clint Eastwood Room where he will be discussing how to improve marketing spend and call centre efficiency using your customer data
