ResponseTap at TFM&A 2013
We had a busy and interesting two days at Technology For Marketing & Advertising where we were exhibiting as well as speaking. Our stand was well attended with plenty of people interested in how our call tracking system can benefit businesses of all kinds as well as the upcoming release of our new affiliate product; r-tap performance.
Nick Crump and Stephen Russell held a seminar; Understanding the potential for linking online marketing to offline conversions, in the Data and Marketing Analytics Theatre, demonstrating how Nuffield Health, the country’s leading healthcare charity is effectively utilising the huge amount of data available to their business to implement efficiencies. It was so popular that many people were unable to fit in, so for those that missed it, a lot of the information from the talk can be found in a case study on our website.
Our CEO, Ross Fobian, took part in a panel debate; Stop Reporting, Realise Revenue, where he discussed how it is only by utilising intelligent reporting that you can actually realise revenue. At the end of the day, without reporting on the data you collate, you are unable to see where you are succeeding and where there is room for improvement.
