AdInsight Clarity’s Next Generation Call Tracking Software Enters Second Phase of Beta Program

AdInsight Clarity's Next Generation Call Tracking Software Enters Second Phase of Beta Program

AdInsight, the UK’s leading phone call tracking provider, is officially launching its new software suite, AdInsight Clarity, later this month.

AdInsight Clarity offers the next generation of call tracking. It uses an advanced proprietary system that understands how visitors interact with a website. It can then accurately determine which website visitor is calling and what section of the website they are on when they make a sales enquiry.

‘Visitor level’ call tracking provides an exceptional amount of detail on how the visitor came to your website – it will track an infinite number of keywords, as well as every other method a visitor uses to find a site, not just PPC and SEO traffic.

The company allowed a select few businesses to beta test the software from June. Since then, they have signed up over 30 companies for the full software suite. The second phase of beta program commenced on 23rd August 2010, which has allowed more companies to take advantage of the AdInsight Clarity platform. The official release date is set to be 21st September 2010.

Richard Hammett, co-director at AdInsight, commented: “We are absolutely delighted with the response to AdInsight Clarity – for a product that hasn’t officially launched yet we are dealing with a huge number of enquires from both in-house and agency marketing teams.

“With online marketing becoming more competitive and expensive it is crucial to have a complete and detailed picture of your marketing spend versus return. This new software gives you such in-depth and accurate data it allows you to refine your marketing campaigns very precisely, meaning it very quickly becomes an essential tool for success.”

Based at Manchester Science Parks’ Corridor site, AdInsight has already experienced success with its original tracking package, winning Best Newcomer at the Big Chip awards in 2009. Company directors, Ross Fobian and Richard Hammett were also selected as finalists for the Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009.
